13.7.1 一般规定

13.7.1 General Provisions

1.为防止电线电缆引起火灾，减少电线电缆在火灾中所造成的人身伤亡和财产损失，保证消防设备电源线，在火灾中仍能维持其完整性，制定本规程。

1. In order to prevent fire caused by wires and cables, reduce personal casualties and property losses caused by wires and cables in fire, and ensure the integrity of power lines of fire fighting equipment in fire, this regulation is formulated.

2.本规程适用于，新建、扩建及改建的民用建筑1KV及以下的消防线路和设计所设计的线路。

2. This Regulation is applicable to fire protection lines and designed circuits of newly built, expanded and reconstructed civil buildings up to 1KV.

3.防火电线电缆的采用，应根据设计要求采用，根据防火等级的要求，可采用阻燃电线电缆，耐火电线电缆及矿物绝缘电缆。

3. Fire-retardant wire and cable, fire-resistant wire and cable and mineral insulated cable should be adopted according to design requirements and fire-retardant grade requirements.

4.阻燃电线电缆具有阻燃性，并应通过GB/T18380.3规定不同等级试验

4. Flame-retardant wires and cables are flame-retardant and should be tested in different grades according to GB/T 18380.3.
